Taxpayers with an individual Taxpayer Identification Number (TRN) can now file their income tax declarations.
The Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) has issued a statement announcing the opening of tax filing season for fiscal year 2019 (E1, E2 and E3 forms).
The online portal is now open for receiving tax returns filed (both those complying with the filing deadline requirement as well as accepting late submissions) for fiscal years 2015 onward, as well as for corrective tax statements filed for the same fiscal year periods. You can also file the supplementary forms, namely the E2 Form (Detailed Statement for Rentals Earned on Real Property) and/or the E3 Form (Financial Data of Sole Proprietorship or Business Operation). Moreover, you can access and print your tax statements, tax clearance certificates and Notice of Tax Liability (Tax Due) statements for fiscal years 2003 onward.
The deadline for filing tax returns is June 30th 2020 inclusive.
